BUDDY AI is a personal AI assistant and companion built around one idea: you focus on the task, and BUDDY handles the plumbing. Here's how it actually works.

Model-agnostic routing

Instead of making you pick a model, you choose an intent — a mode like FAST, THINK, CODE, RESEARCH or CREATIVE — or leave it on AUTO. BUDDY routes each request to an appropriate model behind the scenes.

Context and memory

Upload PDFs, documents, spreadsheets and images and ask questions grounded in them. Organize work into projects, and keep an optional, user-controlled memory of preferences you choose to share — which you can review or clear anytime.

From answering to acting

Give BUDDY a goal and its Super Agent breaks it into a plan, runs the steps (research, analysis and more), pauses at approval gates for high-impact actions, and returns a result with the artifacts it produced.

Cited research and creation

Research mode answers with verifiable inline citations. You can also generate images inline or in Studio, and work with code in a dedicated CODE workspace.

Honest about limits

Some capabilities — like video generation and certain integrations — are still rolling out. BUDDY shows those as configuration-required rather than faking them. Your data stays isolated to your account.
